Andy Hoar is one of the world’s leading authorities on B2B commerce business and strategy. He’s written about, and consulted extensively with, distributors and manufacturers at Fortune 100 and leading mid-market B2B companies regarding their direct and indirect selling initiatives. Until recently, Andy was a Vice President and Principal Analyst at Forrester Research where he was the author of Forrester’s B2B eCommerce playbook.

Prior to joining Forrester, Andy spent 11 years in product and marketing leadership roles within Silicon Valley. During his tenure there, he cofounded an eCommerce company, worked for both established companies and startups, and helped create award-winning products in the consumer Internet and mobile software spaces. Andy began his career as a research analyst for an economic consulting firm in Washington, DC.

Andy has been quoted in various media outlets including The Wall Street Journal, Internet Retailer, Direct Marketing News, American Banker, Bloomberg, and CNBC.

Andy is a summa cum laude graduate in Economics from the University of Dayton and holds an M.P.A. from Harvard University and an M.S. in Integrated Marketing from Northwestern University.

Brian is the Author of the industry’s first comprehensive book on digital transformation for B2B firms, entitled “Billion Dollar B2B Ecommerce”. He is a sought-after speaker and expert advisor, and Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Enceiba, the industry’s only B2B-focused Amazon agency.

Brian is a sought after speaker at global industry events and is regularly quoted as an authority in ecommerce by media outlets around the world.

Brian holds a B.A. in Economics and an M.B.A. in Finance, both from Rutgers University.
